Robot commissioning engineer

Job Responsibilities：
Regular work：
1. Installation and wiring of robot equipment and peripheral related equipment (welding machine, welding gun water tank, gun cleaner, etc.), and drawing wiring diagram;
2. Project debugging: robot program debugging, process debugging, joint signal debugging with PLC, debugging with fitter size, optimization of robot system (track, beat);
3. Problem collection and timely feedback during on-site project implementation;
4. During the operation of the project, there must be a document-based technical summary for special applications, and a project summary after the project is completed;
5. Regularly report on the progress of the on-site project;
6. At the customer site, communicate with customers and actively promote the project progress;
Job requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in welding technology, mechanical and electrical integration;
2. The heavy industry, or the automotive industry and other related automation industries are preferred, with 3 years or more relevant work experience;
3. Have a certain foundation in the welding process, familiar with the debugging and configuration of one or more brand robots;
4. Ability to configure master and slave stations for the common bus communication protocol of the robot;
5. Have certain project management experience and on-site debugging experience.
